These Terms and Conditions govern your use of drone filming and aerial photography services provided by SANDER ADVISORY SERVICE OÜ (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us") operating under the brand Drone Estonia. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms in full.
We provide professional drone filming and aerial photography services including, but not limited to: real estate aerial photography, business marketing video, event coverage, and construction documentation. All services are subject to weather conditions, airspace availability, and applicable regulations.
Services are confirmed upon written agreement. Invoices are issued after service completion unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Prices are stated without VAT. VAT is applied where applicable.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the agreed service price. No-shows are charged in full.
Edited footage is delivered within 48 hours of the filming session unless otherwise agreed. Files are delivered digitally via a download link. Raw footage is not included unless explicitly ordered as an add-on.
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered media for the agreed purposes (marketing, web, social media, presentations). The Company retains copyright and may use the material in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The Company holds liability insurance for commercial drone operations. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control (weather, airspace restrictions, technical failures).
All flights are conducted in accordance with EU Drone Regulation (EU) 2019/945 and 2019/947, Estonian Aviation Act, and applicable local regulations. The operator holds an A1/A3 category remote pilot certificate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts.
